Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using SitePilot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SitePilot is an AI-powered location-intelligence tool for small businesses and commercial real estate agents. It provides ranked suburb recommendations, six-dimension site scoring, parcel-level frontage analysis, and downloadable PDF reports based on demographic, competition and accessibility data. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. Digital products and no-refund policy
All products sold through the Service are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a report has been delivered, or credits have been applied to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive any right to withdraw from the transaction after delivery has occurred.
4. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service to infringe any third-party rights, misrepresent data, or engage in unlawful activity.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding, and generated report content are owned by or licensed to SitePilot. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased reports for your own business purposes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
SitePilot provides analytical outputs based on third-party data sources (including demographic, POI, and road-network data) that may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or town-planning advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SitePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
